AvoNileMed for E-Marketing & Administrative Services

Find answers to common questions about your medical journey and concierge services with AvoNileMed.

01. Why should I choose Egypt for my medical treatment through AvoNileMed?
Egypt offers world-class medical facilities, internationally board-certified surgeons, and cutting-edge medical technology at a fraction of the cost in the UK, with zero waiting lists.
02. Are the doctors and hospitals accredited?
Yes, we partner exclusively with top-tier, accredited hospitals equipped with advanced medical standards (such as GAHAR and JCI), and work with elite, highly experienced medical specialists who have extensive clinical training and English proficiency.
03. Do you offer group rates for families or multiple patients travelling together?
Yes, we offer special tier pricing for groups and families travelling together. While our standard individual concierge package is priced at £460 per person, group bookings enjoy a discounted rate of £420 per person. This ensures optimal value while delivering our full luxury concierge support for everyone.
04. How does AvoNileMed assist international patients from the UK?
We provide a complete concierge service that includes initial virtual consultations, hospital and doctor selection, travel itinerary planning, VIP airport transfers, and a dedicated personal chaperone during your stay in Egypt.
05. Do I need to arrange my own flights and accommodation, or does AvoNileMed handle it?
You handle your own international flight bookings and schedules, giving you complete flexibility to manage your travel dates. However, we handle everything else upon your arrival in Cairo, including premium accommodation coordination, private ground transportation, and all medical coordination needs.
06. Can I bring a family member or companion with me during the trip?
Absolutely. We frequently accommodate family members and companions. While you manage your own flights, we can easily assist in tailoring your hotel accommodation and local ground transport logistics to ensure your companion is comfortably included.
07. What languages do the medical staff and my personal coordinator speak?
Your dedicated personal coordinator will be right by your side throughout your stay to provide full translation and seamless communication between you, the medical team, and local services, ensuring zero language barriers.
08. What happens if I need medical follow-up after returning to the UK?
Your care doesn’t end when you head back. Your dedicated coordinator remains available to facilitate remote follow-up communications with your medical specialists in Egypt to ensure a smooth, continuous recovery once you return safely home.
09. What is included in the package pricing?
Our package pricing specifically covers our medical coordination and luxury concierge services—including 24/7 personal support, local VIP transportation, and itinerary planning. Please note that concierge package fees do not include external third-party expenses such as direct hospital procedure fees, surgeon fees, or hotel accommodation costs, which are billed separately or tailored according to your specific treatment plan.
10. How do I book a consultation or start my medical journey?
You can start by submitting your case through our online portal or live chat. Our administrative team will review your records to create your official file upon clearing the initial £30 file setup fee.
11. How do payments work and are there any hidden fees?
All pricing is fully transparent. The initial £30 administrative file setup fee covers medical report evaluation and case creation, and is strictly non-refundable once service commences. For concierge packages, an initial deposit is required upon booking confirmation, and the remaining balance is settled according to your issued invoice timeline prior to local ground service delivery.
12. What is your cancellation, deposit refund, and rescheduling policy?
Trip package deposits become strictly non-refundable 7 days after payment to cover committed third-party ground and hotel arrangements. Personal medical issues, sudden illness, or changing travel plans do not qualify for a deposit refund. The only exception for a partial refund (minus a 20% administrative fee) is in the exclusive event of severe Force Majeure, defined strictly as the passing of an immediate family member backed by official legal documentation.

Flexible Rescheduling: If you face illness, flight disruptions, or personal emergencies, your deposit is not lost. You can reschedule your trip free of charge for up to 12 months from your original booking date.
