AvoNileMed operates as an administrative medical concierge service. When a client books a medical package, the total package price explicitly covers and groups the following components as detailed in the client’s custom proposal:

• Medical & Hospital Costs: Surgical procedures, surgeon fees, operating room charges, anesthesia, and essential pre-op/post-op clinical checkups at partner facilities.
• Accommodation & Recovery Costs: Stays in partner luxury recovery hotels or serviced apartments as outlined in the package description.
• Concierge & Ground Logistics: VIP airport reception, private VIP transfers (airport-hospital-hotel), and the dedicated 24/7 personal Medical Host service.
• Exclusions: International flight tickets, entry visas, and personal travel/medical insurance are strictly excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

AvoNileMed is not a hospital or healthcare provider. We accept zero legal or financial liability for clinical outcomes, medical negligence, or treatment results. All medical services are conducted independently by licensed Egyptian medical professionals.

Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

Clients are responsible for data accuracy. Furthermore, clients agree not to consume unauthorized drugs, substances, or alcohol within two (2) weeks prior to scheduled procedures to prevent medical cancellations without refunds.

Transactions are processed primarily in GBP (£) with multi-currency viewing options (USD, EUR):

• Package Deposit: The initial deposit is a service and securing fee utilized immediately to lock in hospital slots, doctors, and logistics. It becomes non-refundable 7 days post-payment as provider commitments are finalized.
• Administrative Setup Fees: Initial file review and medical evaluation fees are strictly non-refundable once medical reports are submitted to specialists.

To ease financial planning, AvoNileMed offers a structured milestone payment plan:

• Installment 1 (Deposit): Paid upon booking confirmation to initiate file preparation and scheduling.
• Installment 2 (Mid-Balance): Payable up to 4 to 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date in Egypt to clear land and hotel arrangements.
• Final Settlement: Any remaining balance for medical procedures is cleared directly as outlined in the client’s custom proposal prior to discharge or final treatments.
• Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full package amount is payable instantly upon confirmation.

• Full Flexibility Guarantee: If unexpected health issues, personal emergencies, or flight alterations occur, your paid deposit and installments are completely protected.
• 12-Month Free Rescheduling: You have the right to postpone and reschedule your medical journey, hospital appointments, and ground logistics entirely free of charge for up to 12 months from your original booking date. No financial value is lost.

Financial costs regarding clinical revisions or follow-up procedures belong exclusively to the treating doctor/clinic or patient. AvoNileMed holds zero financial liability for revision expenses.

Clients are solely responsible for securing international flights, valid entry visas, and comprehensive international travel/medical insurance prior to departure.

Feedback must be medical-journey related. No spam, profanity, third-party personal data, or hate speech is permitted in user reviews.

Prohibited actions include data-mining, web-scraping, introducing malware, or attempting unauthorized access to non-public infrastructure.

All website content, logos, trademarks, and software are protected under Egyptian and international intellectual property laws belonging to AvoNileMed.

Client records are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with our Privacy Policy and shared with partner doctors solely for evaluation.

AvoNileMed is not responsible for public internet failures, browser incompatibilities, or third-party telecommunications outages.

Links to external third-party sites or partner hotels do not imply endorsement or liability by AvoNileMed for their external practices.

• Accommodation Quality: Recovery hotels match proposal descriptions.
• 24/7 Support: A dedicated personal Medical Host is available around the clock to instantly resolve any resort or scheduling issues.

AvoNileMed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from site use, third-party medical outcomes, or force majeure events.

You agree to defend and hold harmless AvoNileMed and its agents from claims arising out of your data submission or violation of these terms.

AvoNileMed reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if users violate these terms or generate legal exposure.

Neither party is liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, strikes, or events beyond reasonable control.

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with Egyptian courts holding exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes.

AvoNileMed provides flexible, structured installment options to ensure seamless financial planning prior to arrival:

• Milestone Breakdown: Payments are divided into clear milestones starting with an initial booking deposit, followed by pre-arrival scheduled installments up to 30 days before the trip.
• Currency & Security: All installment transactions are processed securely through our digital portal in GBP (£) with transparent conversion rates.
• Compliance: Failure to complete scheduled installments by the designated due dates may result in a temporary hold on third-party medical slot reservations until settled.

Our refund structure is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with global standards to protect both clients and medical partners:

• Early Cancellations (70+ Days): Full refund of paid amounts excluding the non-refundable initial booking deposit.
• Sliding Scale Deductions: Cancellations made between 49 to 69 days incur a 30% to 50% charge, and 15 to 48 days incur a 70% to 90% charge of the total package value.
• Last-Minute / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival or failure to show up are 100% non-refundable due to finalized hospital and logistical commitments.
• Flex Care Exemption: Clients who purchased the optional AvoNileMed Flex Care Add-on enjoy waived standard penalties and full rescheduling rights.
